  • What’s included in our standard service?
  • All our standard services include lawn mowing, whipper snipping and leaf blowing. The standard lawn service pricing is pre calculated by how big your home is.

  • Do you service my area?
  • We service a majority of Sydney’s regions which can be shown here. If you live outside these areas, please contact us and we will confirm for you.

     

  • Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
  • We want to make sure everyone’s appointment is serviced with the best team for the job. It takes us time to for us to allocate the right lawn care professional for you. That is why we ask for 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellation or rescheduling 24 hours prior to the initial appointment will incur a $50 charge.

  • What other services do you offer?
  • We offer extra services that you can add to your cart. From lawn mulching, hedge trimming, edging, weed treatment, green waste removal and gardening services.

  • How do I book for a lawn service?
  • Just click on the ‘Book now’ tab, enter your details and within 60 seconds you will receive a quote from us. We’ll reply on the same business day to confirm the appointment and arrival time. You can also call us on ‘1300 390 388’ or have a live chat with us.

  • Do I have to be present for the lawn service?
  • It is entirely up to you to stay around or go catch up on chores and errands while our professional team take care of your lawn.

  • What is “Happiness Guarantee”?
  • Our Happiness Guarantee policy will assure you that our commitment to our services will satisfy your needs. If there are concerns with the lawn care service you have received, we will work with you to make it right. Below is our procedure.

    1. Call us within 48 hours of your booking and provide us with details about your issues.
    2. Photos may be required for future reference.
    3. We will re-schedule the lawn care at no cost to you on the following business day if you didn’t receive the service you have paid for.

    After the re-visit, if you still have concerns regarding the lawn care, we will review your issues once again and if we are unable to address your issues, we will provide a credit or a refund to you.

  • How long will it take to clean my house?
  • This all depends on your lawn size and the condition of your lawn. We categorised homes in 5 different lawn sizes.

  • Am I required to enter my payment information?
  • Yes, we require your payment details prior to the scheduled booking. A hold will be placed on your card the day before your service and will not be charged until after the cleaning is completed.

  • Can I trust my lawn professional?
  • All our experienced professionals are interviewed, and background checked before they can receive jobs. We are also fully insured.

  • Is my billing kept safe and secure?
  • Absolutely. Our system uses two layers of SSL through Stripe.com. This way no credit card numbers are ever stored anywhere in the system.

Select your home size and that will give you an indication of the price. The standard services you get for this will include lawn mowing, whipper snipping and leaf blowing. After you have selected your lawn size, you can add extra services that we offer.
